~ Mind to Mind Electronics All must bow to the next upgrade Obsolete are those he Who refuse to bend their knees To go up we must come down Let the Kingdom Fall ~ A.C.E.
I have on many occasions amused myself by trying to imagine what is to be the futur. When I look back, the medieval people would have laughed at the idea of people from accross the world communicating and reacihng out in a "Cyber world", and probably consider you as completly crazy. Maybe even try to burn you.
So I decided to think up the most abstract and unimaginable futur that people in this age would think of me as being completly crazy. mrgreen I imagined the impossible becoming possible, the unreal being real.. And I have to admit, I now completly believe that my guess of the futur will happen without a doubt. One way or another, maybe even in another world, but everything's possible. wink
And now, for the first time ever, I will share with you all my vision. I have never before wrote it down for everytime I had tried before, I just found myself unable to. It was too great! But now, for you people, I will try my best to spread my dream before you all.
Cities of steel are no more. Foliage has overgrown everything, it's everywhere. Wildlife had taken over. Buildings of once past immense cities and capitals are filled with trees, the old buildings reshaped, sculpted into beautiful shapes made of living tree, Cob, [http://www.daycreek.com/dc/HTML/DC_cob.htm], or some other form of enviromental material. Animals roam the streets freely, from wolves to birds.
Humans Are not the same.
For years humans have been developing, improving, and repairing their once lost inate ability of telepathic, interspecies communication. Telekenisis, energy manipulation, and even alterations of the environment have been developped to their full potential.
They have become the Angels of the Planet.
Communicating with animals with ease as if they spoke the same language as them, and communicating to people all accross the world with mere thoughts. They communicate with spirits and the dead equally as easilly as well, and they aid with the balance and health of the planet, of all life that is on the planet as their own. We are all one being, connected. Like how millions of living cells create one body, we all create the planet.
Science has been developped in incredible stages. Nanotechnology, computers that are microscopic sized to the point we could be ending up -breathing- technology, and more.
Magic and Science are now one.
Elementals Exist.
Animal-people, humans with wings, and beings of fae-like qualities are reality.
The world has accepted Love, Death, Balance, and Truth.
The Indigo Children are only the beginning.

Technology is developping in insane speeds to this moment and nanosecond in time. We are able to regrow organs using powerful science, or even powerfully developped senses of the mind. Ayurveda, the science of body and spiritual health combined, has proven many times before how it's healing capacities are just phenominal. Perfect health is achievable, if we just open our minds to it. wink

Death.
I don't get why everyone's so affraid of it.
Death doesn't mean ending, silly! The spirit survives death, your soul, the thing that is YOU! Many people who have had near death experiences could tell of the sort.
Think of death like a butterfly in a cuccoon. The cuccoon's the body, the butterfly is the soul. When one dies, they lose the shell which is the body for it had become too aged, or broken. The soul is free, pure, and in perfect health. Think of it as a relief.
And then of course, the soul can chose to get a new body and get reborn. wink Take on a new role in life... After all, Life's all just one giant Play.
We get on stage, take on a role, and go with it. Our role is done, we exit the stage, death if you will... Only to come back under a new mask, a new role. Who knows, sometimes even on completly different stages. (Planets, maybe?)
What will you contribute to this wonderful game of life? wink

well, i do know that the human race is evolving to have larger heads and smaller hips. this is starting to become a problem with birth, imagine what it will be like 100 years from now.

You're deep, man. I'm bringing this concept up in Philosophy Club or Debate. I like it.

It seems like a possible future, but with the present-day humans' selfishness, what I think is more likely is that the earth will go into a huge depression, lasting millions of years, with species completely re-evolving. If humans don't die out, the very few left would be forced to share the land with a new dominant species. This new species may or may not follow the humans path, becoming exactly like the humans, or learn from the past and become the complete opposite of humans.
Of course, this all depends on if we can manage not to blow ourselves to oblivion. stare

Cool - all though it sounds kinda boring - I'm rather big on life threatening adventures personally - or you know getting to be the bad guy - also having to fight and struggle is what makes us strong, take away problems and we will be weaker then we allready are.

Katanas Blade It seems like a possible future, but with the present-day humans' selfishness, what I think is more likely is that the earth will go into a huge depression, lasting millions of years, with species completely re-evolving. If humans don't die out, the very few left would be forced to share the land with a new dominant species. This new species may or may not follow the humans path, becoming exactly like the humans, or learn from the past and become the complete opposite of humans. Interestingly, that might not be too far from the truth. Another theory - and something quite a few of my friends have noticed- is that there's a seal around this world. Supposedly, when it stops functioning, everyone who's been sealed in an unmatched body will suddenly shape-shift out of it, causing sudden chaos. Use your imagination as to the effects of that on humanity. twisted

People crossing with animals? I doubt it. We have no need for wings. And becoming fae? Are you serious, or trying to make up a story?

I think that technology has made physical evolution all but null. I think that our evolution will turn towards our intellect and technology, or perhaps take a more spiritual path.
This is assuming we live long enough to evolve as a species.

you certianly have an interesting concept. But might I suggest a concept of my own? Yes while it is true that we as humans are trying to repair and fix our telepathy and the fact that we are becoming more technologiclly evolved we should also look at the fact that a lot of this could be just nothing more than adaptation. The way I see humans evolving is that we are going to go into two different directions all togeather. Sorta' like the path splits due to our givin situation and adaptation since one human adapts differently from the next. (note that is not to say that humans all togeather show some of the same adaptation features.) The first path would be more of the muscle. sorta' like we get bigger, faster, stronger etc. etc. intelligence might be affected givin how we are raised but pretty much sences(sp?) reflex and that sorta lot might appear on the first path. As far as powers like magic and telepathy and that lot are probably going to be a givin but it might be restricted to maby a sole ability. Like for example, the first path would be bulky/ muscular but would have increased sences/ reflex and would be able to have more stamina and it would be a givin that they would be fast, somewhat agile (could differ depending on situation), and would probably have a good amount of dexterity as well as strength. the intelligence would be ranging from brutish to tatical. (would probably see more tactocal than brutish.) This path would sorta be like bringing back our primal instincts but in full force so this path would tend to be more tempermental and would posess maby one or two abilities at best.
Path two would me more agile and probably be opposite. They would be a mix of personalities but aren't as brutish or tempermental as path one would be. the would posess multiple abilities unlike path one who are restricted. Path two would also be like us physically. maby a little buffer or faster but not as built or as dexterious as path one. Path two would be more scientific as well as more capable of merging their abilities with sciencde as well as being able to multitask.
Well their you have it. my take on evolution. It isint ment to say im right or wrong. it's just a view point is al.l so take it in stride and have fun with with my take on things.
