Still, his lust for revenge is still present and until he accomplishes it he won't lat any other trivial things get in his way. So he betrayes Konoha and his team and leaves to train with Orochimaru.

As a child, Kakashi was somewhat of a prodigy. He became a jounin when he was jusrt a kid. His personality was smilar to Sasuke's, very aloof. Also, he had the ideal that the mission was first and teammates second. This is because his father once abandoned a mission to save his teammates and that caused a heavy loss to Konoha. The villagers blamed him for that and even his teammates. Because of this, his father coudn't stand it anymore and commited suicide. But thanks to his best friend Obito, he changed his way of acting. Now he's Team 7's instructor and teammate. He now has a laid-back personality but he's very caring. He see potential in all his students and ecnourages them to be their best and no matter what, he'll always be by their side.
