Do know that there are more varieties of crystals than listed here, and the purpose of crystals are not limited to this list (Quartz, Opal and sometimes Lapis lazuli can be charged with any attribute as necessary), and may vary from person to person

ish dis based on our birthstones?
lik for ex: OPAL ish for october...which symbolisms "Astral Projection" ?
for me its Topaz
so for me it wuld b lik "Dieting, Healing/Health, Love, Money/Wealth/Prosperity, and Protection"
or ish it based on which one we lik n such?

I'm not sure how birthstones are chosen for the different months. I know the zodiac is involved, and maybe some personal traits, but not sure of anything else.
But the list is based on the vibrations and energy that stones are believed to attract (or repel in some cases). So if you were looking for assistance with centering and meditations you would look at wearing calcite and sodalite stones. But even if the qualities of Topaz are not what you are looking for at this time, doesn't mean you couldn't wear it. It is all a matter of personal opinion and a favorite stone is a favorite stone.
