lycanth_the_lycanvamp I have done this.. I was looking for a Challenge after i killed the "ultimite" boss of the game in 3 hits.... Try and match my record, 1 hit >.>

cry Why would you not want to use the aeons?! I think summoning in the FF games is so flipping awesome! Even as a challenge I'd feel deprived if I couldn't summon anyone; especially Shiva because she just rules ^^

It's very possible to beat the game without using aeons. They're really just there to help you beat the game faster.

Indigo Sonoda It's very possible to beat the game without using aeons. They're really just there to help you beat the game faster. Actually i beat the game fatster without the aeons and just using Auron Tidus and Lulu.

yes i beleive it is possible to beat FFX with aeon but it will very hard though gonk

i know for a fact that it is possible... i know this for a fact because i never even used Yuna once... i used Wakka, Rikku, and Tidus maxed out with maxed out celestial weps

I dont know bout that, there was a few impossible battles to me that i needed, but then again when i first played it i was into the story more than the battles. But i started over like fifty thousands times for personal reasons, but i actually got into it and loved it.

AncientWhisper I believe it's very possible. People from GameFAQs.com have beated FFX using only Tidus-- not only that, beated FFX without using the sphere grid + using only Tidus. The list goes on a LONG way. Such as no sphere grid, no equipment, no overdrive, etc. It's crazy-- sort of. Takes a lot of skills. xD i would only these things if i'd played through it many times but i think that it is possilbe to do it though lol.

yes its possipble and ive seen my cousin beat it using only lulu and only the sphere grid for her spells and hp nothing other than that. no aeons included unless you wanted to get and extra few scenes to get the hidden aeons battaling that lady but never using them against sin seymore ect lol very possible i jsut wanted to do everything right fast so i used them but for over half the game i didn't even know how to use the sphere grid untill my friend told me and i excelerated their getting lulu and yuna their holy spell and every one their hp other than that it was a piece of cake except the part where i had to kill off sins head before seting a gragatia spell that kills us all it was perfecto

Yeah this challenge is pretty possible. I've seen much worse. NSG/A/Mix. It's pretty insane.
