Personality: Sweet and gentle, nothing pleases her more then getting her way, especially when it comes to her fiance, Zodiac. Naive as an innocent child, she's not easily upset, but it's hard to cheer her up once she is.
Appearance: Hair the color of the red rose that reaches her knees, often tied into a french braid or into low ponytail. Her eyes are a soft crimson and her skin is very peachy for her race. She tends to wear either a long ball dress or a simple sakura kimono with her hair pinned up in a simple bun for formal occasions. Her usual dress consists of business suits - colors vary from red to green to purple - or long dresses of similar hues.

Background: Born into the extravagant Vampiric household of the Vinstaff Family, Sakura was raised as a princess among her people and thus grows up with this thought.

Betrothed to Zodiac, due to his excessive putting-off of their wedding, they had an heir before the wedding, a young vampire boy by the name of Scorpio Carlos Vinstaff, who is now age 7.

Lately, she has been asked to sponsor an organization by the name of Das Hakken, and took up the task, seeing as it had ideals and intentions that interested her.

Additional Notes: Sakura has the ability to create dark, round barriers that encase people, a skill passed down within the Magic books of the Vinstaff Family.

Personality: Cocky, egotistical, and blunt as all heck, Zodiac is not exactly the image of "gentleman." In fact, he has never held a door open for a woman since he left home at 21. Everyone blames "the commoner affair" for this behavior, but he's just naturally like that. He just has to fake it for his parent's "perfect" image.

He never tells really important things until it's almost too late, and he likes his privacy. He's somewhat of a lady's man and is often found hanging out in pubs or casinos. It's not unusual to find him with some kind of scantily-dressed waitress from a pub or casino in the streets.

Appearance: Smooth, sleek, brown hair, often tied into a low ponytail reaching his lower-back. His eyes are an earthy tone of brown with tints of green, and his skin is peachy. He tends to wear shades of red or yellow and is often seen in jeans with a matching vest over a white t-shirt. Not very fitting for his status.

As for his special clothing? He will only wear a suit if he gets something out of it, otherwise he'll go in his usual dress. Very disgraceful.

Background: Born into the Shcotsville Clan, Zodiac has been raised by his parents to be a proud ruler with good public relations. However, all these studies went to waste when he mysteriously vanished one day while engaged to Sakura Vinstaff. He turned up later 4 years later, hanging around a woman of commoner status. A country girl, if you will. A disgrace to the family.

He was quickly returned home, but his parents discovered to their horror that he'd had two children while with the other woman, who he'd married without their knowledge. Anxious to hide this fact, they told him to act as if the woman and his two children didn't exist. Then everything would be back to normal. Hopefully.

Unfortunately, while away he'd grown quite rebellious and would slip away while Sakura wasn't looking, turning up on the Chikai Islands, where his son and daughter are hidden.

His son, Orion Julian Melodious, age 5, was raised to take care of his younger sister, Virgo Annette Melodious, age 3, while his mother was sick. Then one day, his mother passed away during one of Zodiac's visits and he stopped visiting the children.

Though shocked, Orion struggled to care for his sister with the money that their father left them. It was a few months before he visited again, only to leave more money and talk to him about growing up. Then he left.

During one of his visits, Zodiac discovered that his son had found a picture of his other son, Scorpio, in his wallet and went to him, demanding to know who the child was. Taken aback, he explained the situation, and why he couldn't stay with them for too long.

To this day, his fiancee doesn't know of his two children, and he hopes it will stay that way.

Recently, though, her mind has been on something besides him, making slipping away much easier. A strange group called Das Hakken called on her for sponsorship, and she gladly took up the job. Not knowing what the heck the group was planning, he could only watch and wonder what was going to happen next. And would it endanger his kids?

Addtional Notes: He has a younger brother, Kenta Hans Shcotsville, who knows about his two children and sometimes cares for them while he's away.

Name: Lone Ranger (Alias)
Nickname: Ranger (it's shorter)
Race: Half-human
Class: Superhero, sort of Gadgets.
Job: Super hero, homeless teen
Age: 17
Clan: Ying
Area of Residence: Ying Capital City
Character Description: Ranger is fairly easy going about most things. If he has a negative opinion about something he tries to regrain from saying it, unless holding his tongue would bring more harm. He does not think well of the Ying army, though he may not let on at first.

Ranger has straight, brownish-red (not quite auburn) hair that falls down past his shoulders. His skin is slightly tanned, giving him the toasty feel of a Chini.
His eyes are usually seen as blue, but they have been known to change based on his mood. He's on the tall side of average for his age, and his build is still on the lanky side. He wears almost western like clothing (unusual for the area and time)and a gold cape, which he beleives gives him the power of flight. Topping it all off is a hat that actually flies around on its own. He calls it his sidekick,
Hatman, and sometimes pulls various items out of the hat.

Ranger actually can fly, though it may not be the cape doing it. To this day, he has yet to try it without the cape and remains convinced it's what's making him fly. He believes his ability to store items, like rope, inside a small hat is an ability Hatman has. Despite what he thinks, and the flying, everyone else can see the hat for what it is: A Hat. Ranger does not have any more known abilites yet, besides flight and item storage.

History: Ranger remembers his mother being burned at stake for witchcraft when he was fairly young, and he clearly remembers the accusations being true. He grew up in a shanty in the woods where his mother toyed with the darker forces of nature. However, he has no hard feelings for her, since she never hurt him. After the burning, the people just left the boy. Since his father was unknown and all other family lost, the boy was left to his own designs.

As the years passes by, the boy self-taught himself in as many fields as he could. He went to a library and learned to read, got history lessons by word of mouth. Sadly, he never got formal teaching. Yet, as he discovered everything, he discovered that weird things happened around him. Within a few years (or finding a shiny piece of scrap cloth) he decided to dub himself a Hero.

He jumped from house to house. At one point he lived in a large wooden box, then he lived in an old wooden shed. Now he makes his base in an abandoned warehouse, not to far from home of the Ying nobility.

Character Description:
Cold, calculating, efficient and dispassionate. No one seems to know much or anything about the tall, pale man in black at the back of the tavern, but few would not be affected by the piercing silver eyes that seem to cut the darkness.
What is known about those that have been near him long enough is that he speaks little, and always seems to have some surprise, usually unpleasant, in case of emergency. Like the god that presides over his clan, he avoids killing unless he must, as every kill means one less potential contract or mark, which means less work.
The one eccentricity about him is that he becomes increasingly edgy and short-tempered around large fires.
