If you take a look at my profile you will see the outer blue area.
What is the code to make that area an image that repeats?

Here's the code for a tiling background;

body { background: url(IMGURLHERE) top left repeat; }

Replace IMGURLHERE with the Image url (obvious though sweatdrop )
