Someone my friend knows wants to know what it means when it says "The War Effort is complete for Aggramar server." I couldn't tell him, because I didn't know either.

It means that you can no longer turn in supplies (bandaids, cloth, cooked foods, ores, herbs) for the opening of the AQ gates. When the war effort is going on, you can trade in stacks of specific types of the aforementioned things for either commendation signets or war effort supply boxes. The signets allow you to turn them in for reputation for any of your faction's races. The boxes have some random stuff in them, like white/green+ gear, scrolls and money.
