It's wierd, like I'm coming out of a dream or something. Somewhere along the line I must have missed a vital lesson, because everyone knows the rules of this game and I don't. They can talk easily, make a conversation out of nothing. They talk about nothing so well. When they talk about something, all I hear is "He's so wierd... look at him... small head... too tall..." While he's over there talking about someone else. People don't talk to me... if I enter a conversation, they look at me like I'm not supposed to be there. Where have I been and why didn't I see this before? I thought that everyone was, if not nice, then at least interesting and unique and would never intentionally speak ill of someone else. And now that I know this, what do I do? Do I continue life like before? I don't think I can. I'm a stranger on a foreign planet that I never knew existed.

Mmmmm... If you're becoming a teenager, then this happens. Teenagers get caught up. The older you get, however, the more busy you (and everyone else) will be - too busy to talk about others behind their backs. Now, out in the real world there will be some of this backstabbing deceitfullness, but you see it happen in people who are ruckthlessly trying to get to the top or stay on the top and give of an air of self-importance. I'm sure you'll still see it, but by then you'll have gotten used to it.

We all go through these transitions of feeling out of place. The important thing to realize/remember is that nearly everyone goes through these experiences, just at different times. Life is a continual process of making mistakes and learning from them. Just take it slow, enjoy who and where you are, and you'll be fine.

Life is funny, people who talk deceitfully about others will do it the rest of their lives. Others get caught in their actions. As long as you dont participate, you can look at yourself as being the best human you can be. I sometimes have to make myself remember that I'm the best person i can be at any given time. No matter if i see things that need to change or not, at that time, where im at is the best i can do at that time...like someone said lifes about mistakes and their lessons, just dont make their mistakes..
