I went to summer camp two summers ago, and there is this girl in the cabin next to me who I had heard humming POTO occasionally, so during our beach trip I worked up the courage to ask her about it....
Turns out, she'd been an huge Phan for years! <3
We even made a big phantom mask made out of rocks in the sand, and at the talent show at the end of Camp she sang "Think of Me" perfectly!

I know a bunch of people my age who call themselves fans. XP Most of them just watched the movie because it was popular for awhile, and then ran around and talked about how the Phantom is so mean and Raoul is 'hot'.
