This is completely random and I'll understand if this thread got locked or deleted, but has anyone noticed that in Carcaptor Sakura, not one character is blonde? I don't think I've even seen someone in the background with blonde hair- chances are that during the series you would get at least one blonde tourist. I may be wrong and there may have been a blonde extra contributing to the walla, or maybe I'm right and I'll have started a new realisation.
Why do you think this is? I think it's because they ran out of yellow; I wouldn't be surprised seeing that the Kinomoto's house is practically all yellow.
And no, Kero doesn't count as a blonde. Come prove me wrong people! It degrades me when you do that.

It's probably a coincidence. There're plenty of blondes in other series. They could've gotten bored with it too.

I have to say that you are a little bit wrong, since Nakuru from Clamp school detectives is blond and Chii is also blond. So I think that's my opinion

I know other CLAMP characters are blonde but I was just thinking of CCS in particular. I honestly haven't got a clue why I started this thread but it doesn't prove a point so I think we should just kill it.

Actually now that you mention it I have never seen a blonde person in CCS. Hmmmmm, but I guess CLAMP makes up for it with other characters in other anime/manga. Like Fai! 4laugh

Actually, I'd have to say you're wrong because if your counting Clow cards as characters, the FLOWER, VOID, and (kind of) WINDY are blonde. However I believe you're right as far as non-Clow card characters.

The cards are blonde? I am not so sure, because all the cards seem to have a different colour and that is how their hair is. But I see where you are coming from.

Well I know the FLOWER is, I've seen pictures where the dress is pink and the hair is blonde... It's when the cards are freeform, the voids hair is also blonde. 3nodding I'll try to find some pictures to prove it.

I think it's because Asians normally have brown or black hair, and so CLAMP wanted to make their hair a natural Asian hair color (black/brown).
I think the Windy Card has "blonde" hair or something?
