I have two questions.

A.)

I have a Kumano, Master Yamabushi (1R: Kumano, Master Yamabushi deals 1 damage to target creature or player. If a creature dealt damage by Kumano this turn would be put into a graveyard, remove it from the game instead. 4/4) and my opponent has a Myr Retriever (When Myr Retriever is put into a graveyard from play, return another target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand. 1/1).

If he sacrifice his Myr Retriever (to whatever) and I activate my Kumano to deal damage to the Myr, would Myr still hit the graveyard and activate it's effect?

B.)

If I have in my hand an Armageddon and a Zuran Orb in play, can I play Armageddon first, have the spell succeed first before sacking my lands for the Zuran Orb, or once I have played the spell the effect continues (giving me no time to sac my lands.)

My concern for this is if my opponent has a Counterspell in his hand. What if I play Armageddon then wait for him to do anything then before resolution of the spell I sac my lands, then he plays his Counterspell against my Armageddon. Is that legal?

A) No, you have no time to ping the myr. Because sacrificing the myr is part of the cost of the effect your response cannot come before the cost, only before the effect, like how you can't burn a sakura tribe elder in response to it's sac effect, the creature is already gone and not there to burn.

spell and ability Costs = faster than anything and everything.

b) no again, once your spell resolves it effect happens, period, you cannot respond with sacing your lands as they are already gone. You can respond to the spell on the stack with saccing all your land, but once you pass priority to another player, you miss your chance to sacrifice your lands, the risk of someone having a counterspell is just something you have to weigh when playing the spell. If you pass you priority and then he does nothing, neither of you get another chance to do anything, otherwise it would just be an infite 'any responses?' stand off if you could just wait for your opponent to not do anything and then responed. Once you pass to the chance to react to your own spell you lose the chance to do anything until the next spell is cast or all spells resolve, a non-active players recieve no priority until the active player plays another spell and passes priority.

A) well... kumano's hability will only remove it from the game if it hit myr, if the myr was sacrificed for something, for exemple to a arcbound ravager, u cant hit him in response, cause the sacrifice is the cost to play the arcounds hability, and it hapens before the hability goes to stack
if the myr was sacrified u cant use something to response and if the sacrifice was in response to kumanos hability still the myr will hit the graveyard

B)in the stack, you and your opponents have their respective chance to do something
if you play armageddon u can ask him if he will do something, if he wont, his chance is over, and it's yours again and u can sacrifice your lands, but then he get another chance to counter armageddon that is still on stack
the stack will over only when the both lose the chance at once

A) I think that if you sacrifice something it goes stright to the graveyard, and bypasses "The Stack", but I could be wrong. But, what you CAN do, is use something like Reito Lantern, or Junktroller to put the card on the bottom of their library, after they've target it with the Myr's effect.

B) I'm not quite sure.

ok, obviously we agree on the first point, but as a said in my post, once you pass priority, you pass it, you don't get another chance later unless another spell is played. It you pass the chance to counter the spell, you can't do it later unless someone uses something that goes on the stack. In turn, if you pass the ability to sac land, you cannot do anything anymore in response to armageddon unless another spell or ability is put ont he stack.
