Most women have never had one. G-spots are actually not proven. Many doctors and researchers think they exist, and many don't. You can certainly try different positions, but don't be disappointed if she does not have one. Personally, stimulating the area where the G-spot is said to be does nothing at all for me, so I am not convinced.

Hmm I'll have to try the pillow trick, though I've tried just having the one leg over my shoulder and it didn't seem to help. Hmm Maybe I wasn't aligned correctly? My gf likes doggy also, I believe that helps alot.
