"Well, I had a bird named Macbeth. He was pretty awesome, real smart too." Michael explained, "I don't really know what happened to him though. I stuck him in a pet hotel for a bit because I'd figure I'd pick him up after I'd settled in for a little. At least you got to take him." He gestured towards Bliss.

“Your Family probably got him.” She said shrugging. “Yeah well they said it was no issue as long as I kept him locked up, but I’ve been slack about that lately, not like his the most dangerous thing here.” She said a hint of a smile on the edge of her mouth.
“I wonder how many graves are here, and how many of them died natural deaths…” She said looking around.

"Why must you continually go back to the graves, eh?" Michael pinched his face, trying to look as comically troubled as possible -- if that was possibly for a man with a scorpion's face and eight eyes to do. Most likely, however, it just made him seem like one of the monsters from children books
"Well, since you must ask, there are two scenarios that we could consider. A, this cometary place was here before Moreau and these are the graves of long dead cannibalistic islanders who got eaten or, b, this could have been made when Moreau got here and houses all his failed experiments and the people that got in his way but were too troublesome to turn into subjects." He stated it in a matter-of-fact way.

“Because it usually creeps people out.” She said teasingly. His more monstrous look didn’t bother her, everyone looked monstrous so you got used to it.
“For some reason I prefer scenario one… Thinking of failed experiments makes me fear my Last change more.” She said nodding wisely.

"Ah yes, of course, of course." Michael nodded sympathetically. He had seen some of the "failed" experiments living on the island. Needless to say, they were not very pretty.
"Of course, if this island had been ruled by cannibals, then Moreau must be a direct descendant from on of them. You can tell by his winning ideas and social skills."

At the part of Moreau having descended from cannibals Bianca burst out laughing so hard she could swear she heard her ribs cracking. “I wouldn’t be surprised!” Bianca said through laughter which had caused bliss to wiggle off her and into the log Bianca had originally had been in.
“Though of course if his a cannibal I’d hate to see how his son turn out, One loving mother with a heart of gold and a Cannibalistic father who has A BLACK HOLE for a heart.”

"My point exactly!" Michael cried out with glee, his four "arms" waving wildly. "But hey, whatever, right? The kid needs a happy medium, one happy parent, one totally cannibalistic. The kid will grow up in a great environment! What with the animal-people, rabid werewolf-lady, crazy Sabin, you know what I'm saying?"

“Oh yeah,” Bianca said putting on a mock serious voice, “He’ll be the most sane one here.” She said in the voice before a wide grin cracked out on her face.
It was really nice that despite the fact that they where all trapped on a island with killers, mad scientist and people turning into animals that complete strangers could still joke around.

For once , the scorpion man felt... well, relaxed. Since his first transformation, he had been on his guard, in fear of being resented. Even though everyone on the damn island was turning into a monster too, so it didn't really actually matter.
"Of course. And we'll start a cult and have it led by him. All non-cannibalistic, warped, or crazy-ified islanders can join so that we may overthrow oppressors and rule this island ourselves without any more experimentation!" And he struck dramatic pose, head high in the air and each limb, claw unmoving. after a moment, his head swiveled towards Bianca and he sated simply,
"That didn't make sense, did it?"

“Oh no your fuzzy logic is in perfect tact. It is sensible that the most ‘Sane Person’ would be the cult leader of crazed Islanders. Of course we’d have to be hush, hush or the Labs and Loyal’s will try and stop our revolution!” Said Bianca taking the same pose as him as she ended.
“Though of course a problem may arise when the electricity is cut out stopping us from getting to the safety of our duplex’s and away from them old Insaneo’s” she said nodding.

"Ah, too true, too true. I suppose this will take a quite a bit more of planning than originally anticipated, eh?" He rubbed his chin thoughtfully, as though he had a beard, which, of course, he did not. But it was fun, to stroke invisible beards. It made him feel... educated? Smart? Something along those lines.
"Well," Michael continued, "I suppose this calls for some serious planning in the solitude of my lair - I mean, uh...duplex. yeah, duplex." He winked at Bianca and said grandly, "Well then, until next time, my fellow rebel!" The he walked away, waving two of his arms in good-bye.
