Brendanus Erskine - Prince of the city, and keeper of peace among the various courts. It was his idea to unite the courts under treaties and to create a harmony of sorts. He owns the Celtic Elysium, and holds his court there.
Moriko Takeshi - Brendanus's Seneschal and right hand. She's an assamite, but has been known to show some heart. She has known Bren a long time, and helped him become the Prince.
