Robin
I think he has had the most different coustumes of the bunch.
1. original Titan outfit
2. Slade Apprentice outfit
3. Movie outfit with coat and sunglasses
4. tux in "Date with Destiny" (The tux is magic when he takes it off 3nodding wink he is wearing a cape and gloves and metal shoes underneath!!!!)
5. Artic outfit (POOFY)
6. Red X coustume
7. The karate outfit he wears in that one epi I can't remember the name of
I bolded my favourite.
Of villians it would be the S-man or the X-man
My favourites are all Maskaters!

Mumbo is also a maskater AND he has a tophat.
Kudos to him.
I wonder are the maskaters like musketers or mousekaters?
There are more than three, but then if they were mousekaters who would be Justin, Britney, or Christina and more importantly who is Mickey? My vote goes to Slade.

I love their outfits in the comics. Except Slade I like his cartoon outfit better, but Robin you gotta love the short pants and the fact they call him short pants in the comics just makes it that much better. Also Terra's outfit in the comic bites. Argents is 10 times better in the titans together comic.
Side note: there is a bbc3 show called Snog, Marry, Avoid? and comic Starfire looks exactly like most of the girls on the show (the before version)
Capes: this has been brewing in my crazy mind for quite awhile and is proof Slade is a creeper (minus the red feathered boa)
While in the Robin outfit, Robin's cape in just short enough to be a tease. He lets everyone know there's a tight a** under there, but that they can't have it.
When he makes the Red X costume ( and knows he will be dealing with Slade) he makes the cape very long as if to say "back off, there is no way you're tapping this!!"
When Robin is Slade's apprentice and Slade gets to design the outfit there is no cape at all!!!!! Ever wonder why Slade is always standing behind Robin in those episodes, its for the view. rofl rofl xd xd
