Could I be pregnant even though I got my period a couple days after having sex (without a condom obviously) and I started birth control after my period?

Yeah, you can.

My mom had her period for the firts two months when she was pregnant with my brother and I.

So, the best thing to do is just take a pregnancy test or go to the doctor. It's best to know as soon as you can so you can get your baby the best care possible.
