*coughs some then smiles* I have been giving the whole inventory thing a lot of thought, I am really excited and I was currious about what all items and how much mummy we would start with. So, of course that made me think, what about starter packages, with two to choose from, maybe more. It very honestly would be the most fair way for beginning characters to get items, that way no one will argue over what to start out with. So here is my idea of starter packs:
--------------------------------------------------------- Starter Pack One --------------------------------------------------------- Munny: 100
Accessories: (One accessory to start with)
Items: Potion (x1), Ether (X1)
--------------------------------------------------------- Starter Pack Two ---------------------------------------------------------
Munny: 100
Accessories: (One accessory to start with)
Items: Potion (x2)
--------------------------------------------------------- Starter Pack Three (Maybe) ---------------------------------------------------------
Munny: 100
Accessories: (One accessory to start with)
Items: Ether (x2) --------------------------------------------------------- End Starter Packs (hehehe ESP) ---------------------------------------------------------
The last starter pack was designed more for a magic user, but since I don't know if anyone will start with magic I am not so sure on that one...hehehe. So tell me, what does everyone think? Moose, Startboy, what do you think of the starter packs?

I know you don't care about my opinion but I think the starter packs are a good idea.

I think It's a grand Idea, but shouldn't we all start off with more munny?
In other games you usually start with around 1000whatever-they-use-for-money And in KHI people just gave Sora cash too xD

Not bad. But it is rather low. Why not actually start with about as much munny as you do in the game.
As a matter of fact, Starboy and I were thinking 300 last I checked. And don't think we've been holding out on you - you just became a mod the other day, lol. That should be enough for a potion, ether, or light accessory, I believe.
Math could be off, tho. It's been a while since I played as noob Sora.

I like the idea it is a lot more defined and moose is right 300 sounds better because they do give you money in the game and i don't think that'll be happening a lot here ....
Maybe there should be armor too like a light armor base for example having different starter packages for the classes
Fighter- armor weapon money ect mage- Casting object, money, robe, money, ect
(No it's not in deep planned out)
Make them like that that way every fighter starts out the same and every mage starts out he same and they're different from what the other classes get in terms of items
Like a Fighter isn't going to have a staff as a weapon because his base is a fighter so he'll want something with more damage A mage however would because he can still cast with it...
I hope i explained that right to you all...
What do you think different starter packs for different classes?

In consideration that there were not classes in Kingdom Hearts I hightly doubt it will work, in Kingdom hearts you had either a higher attack, defence, or magic, but you were a rounded character. Others like Donald and Goofy were more designed for a class, Donald being a mage and the Goof-ster being a defensive champion...and about armour in the game, but you really never started with any, it was something that you bought first thing. I see what you are trying to say Parami but again in the stages of developement that we are currently in, we can not just answer those questions without, giving key information away, or simply rush the developement of the RPG which in the long run would hender rather than help, even if we all just want to play, I assure you, Moose, Starboy, and myself are working on all the details everyday. Only when we finalize the game will everything be clear. Until then, keep posting questions, and comments, and we will try very hard to answer them as best we can. And I know you are gonna grumble and give me that look when you read this, go ahead, I am a mod I can take the owchies of hate.

Okay well I guess that doesn't work very well for this game then... I don't know i never really got into the idea of very very rounded characters i always liked the characters having a main job that way they could focus on it instead of getting a little bit of everything but not being great at any one thing....
And i do apologize if i appear to be rushing production of the game that is not my intention my intention is to try and stir up ideas from people Mods and members of the guild alike so it will help in the creation and that way members and mods have a game they all like and have participated in...

No worries, mate. Stirring up ideas is always good. You never know - maybe someone will throw in an idea better than what we've got so far. We appreciate the thought, though, even if it didn't really work out.
