Yeah, kind of. It doesnt get very powerful. I love electrokinisis. I suck at it, but i love it anyways!

Someone's been watching too much TV...or is simply being destructive.
I have never broken anything in my attempts on electrokinetics. I do feel a tingling and almost a static spark between my hands during my exercises, but nothing on a visible level.
