He took a puff from his smoke and looked over to her, smirking at her comment. "Little boy? Again with calling me a child..." He said before laughing slightly and shaking his head. He flicked the ash from his cigarette and put it up to his lips to take a drag. "...I am no child, and no...you didn't make me irate." He said while exhaling the smoke from his lungs and a smile came to his bloodied lips. He paused for a moment before noding and taking another drag. Nothing like burning everything away for those few precious minutes while the cigarette is still smokable. He took one more drag before looking back up at her. "You have nothing to be sorry for, and yes....if that's what you wish, then I'll warn you next time." He put his foot up on the tree he was leaning on and shifted his weight to get comfortable. His eyes drifted off in the direction of the fire, watching it as he smoked and awaited her response.

He didn't really give her much to give off on, she couldn't really say much, so instead she remained quiet and focused out on the fire as well. Her fang gently caressing her lower lip as she fumbled with it in a light manner as to not wound herself. She found herself thinking again... and didn't want to say much to the male, however she was starting to enjoy having someone around to at least fill the void beside her. She didn't eye him in any manner, and if he was lucky.. he'd become a friend. Shifting her eyes away, she let her lower lip slip from her fang. "You ever been in love?" Her tone was light as she let her eyes finally slip back to the smoking vampire. Maybe the guy knew something of her pain... maybe she could open up a tad more.... but why would she even want to do that?! He could always turn it around and hurt her... psh.. men. "Eh, nevermind.." She scratched it off like nothing and glanced back to the flames.

He sat there thinking a minute before looking back up to her. "I thought I was once..." He said while taking a drag from his cigarette. He didn't like thinking back on the subject, but it was his past. "...Nothing ever became of it though." He said, shrugging slightly before looking back off into the flames. If he had the chance, he'd never hurt her...He sighed, maybe he shouldn't let his mind wander. He took another drag from his cigarette and looked at her again. It would be nice to have someone he thought. "I had always hoped to find love..." He continued as he smoked. "...Yet everything never turned out the way I wanted..." He shook his head slightly before stating "...but I guess that's life right?" He took another drag and threw the cigarette into the fire.

A soft chuckle escaped her. So the male had known such pain as her? Hm.. maybe he learned the hard way just as she did. But she'd not dig up old graves and left that question in her mind out of their conversation. Shifting her golden eyes, it seemed she was now more so intertained with the male then anything else. He was like entertainment for her it seemed. She loved to see him squirm in mental struggles at her deep hacking questions. "It sucks when you get sucked in and fooled." She spat out softly as her eyes seemed to glow even deeper in satifaction at his manner of responce. "When you openly give your heart out to someone and they trample it like it's nothing..." She murmered under her breath, eyes dazing off in another direction. She didn't want him to see through her that easily. "Did she hurt you? Did she rip your heart out and stomp your hopes into the gorund after getting what she wanted?" She snapped a bit.. but inside... it was more so towards herself and own past. It was a heated thing for her... and it was obvious. Shifting her weight, she slipped ot stand quickly, letting her hands drift over herself to dust off gently. She'd do anything to kill him again.. and again... that b*****d. However, she'd not expose that much to the male she'd currently... 'befriended'.

His hand went to his pouch to grab another cigarette and light it, taking a drag before answering her question. "No..." he said while shaking his head. "...She was killed before anything came of it." He took another drag and sat there for a moment, silent...recalling that night he went to visit the woman he loved, just to find her tied up and held captive by a band of hunters. He exhailed a big cloud of smoke, not realising he took that big of a drag since he was lost in thought. Should he tell her? Why not, it couldn't hurt. The cigarette went back up to his lips, burning quickly as he took another drag, as if burning away those memories. "The hunters set a trap for me...see, I was visiting this woman and they got wise to it. When I got there, she was laying in bed and was a bit distant when I got there. She ended up trying to warn me and got shot with a crossbow...right in the heart. I let them take me, they threw me in a cell to await their leaders return, and I picked the lock and killed all of those bastards." His fingers started to burn as the cigarette burned completely down to the filter, so he threw it into the fire. Such a waste of a good smoke too he thought. "So that is my story, and as I said...nothing really became of it." A quick smile flashed across his face for a second before he looked into the flames.

Unable to keep herself form listening so intently... her golden empty hues locked to him in thought. Every smell, feeling, bead of sweat that ran down those hunter's flesh she could perfectly and very vividly imagine in her mind. But why did he foolishly choose to open himself up so willingly to her and tell her of such a painful time? Turning her gaze form him, she Shiftd her stance and let her pale thin fragile like body almost dance around the fire. Turning and walking backwards, then forwards in odd paces, he just circled the flames she'd grown oh so fond of in person's company. "At least it wasn't a willing betrayal on her behalf. Either way, you felt pain to see your lover killed." She spoke bluntly, her tongue slipping over her white lower lip, lifting abck into her lush mouth to tickle against her right curved fang. Her pace slowing, she placed one foot strateigically in front of the other as if she were walking on a wire, but she didn't struggle to keep balance with her strut as she passed by him more then once in her odd pace. "A woman who owned your heart killed before you. I know such things. Though no matter how you play it out in your mind, in the end someone was taken from you... someone who was important in some shape or form." She paused, her form stopping in front of him. Turning her head, those cold dead eyes liocked up into his uniquely blue ones, and in the most bleak tone she could have ever mustered, she smiled and said.. "I killed my husband." Almost twisted how she seemed to enjoy saying that. "I killed all my lovers so far." She looked away and finally resumed her pace.

He sat there watching her as she paced around the fire, however odd it was. He raised an eyebrow and rubbed his chin in thought. "You killed your lovers?" he said in a puzzled tone. "Well...I'm sure they brought it upon themselves." He wasn't going to press her to talk about the subject, if she was going to, she would. The fire was slowly dying as they talked so he got up and placed another log on the it, not that they needed the light to see though, it was just nice to have. He reached into his pocket and pulle out another cigarette and lit it while looking off into the fire. "Sorry you've had such a troubled past..." he said while taking a drag. "...My past isn't as interesting, but I've had my own experiences." he said with a nod. It was true, he'd never killed his mate so he couldn't understand where she was coming from. "I've just been around, staying where I could.....trying to lay low." He took a drag from his cig and looked off into the flames.

Silence. She expected a different reaction from him.. then again he was strange so no real reaction was a bit expected. Shifting her gold eyes away, she stopped her pace and relaxed a bit. Bending over slightly, her slender pale digits fumbed within her boots to lightly slip a small rolled white cig form a hidden pocket within the mangled belts. Moving to the fire's edge, she leaned in and pressed the rolled paper to her lips and started to light it, being careful of the flames. Pulling back, she took a deep drag and exhaled the soothing smoke. "That damn man got me hooked on these... terrible habbit." She admitted. "And he did have it coming... but... not the others." She wasn't going to fill in anymore blanks there on. Turning away, she stood and wandered to the opposite side of the fire form the male and further relaxed. What would happen when the flames and wood parished? Would their journey of such exciting converstaion end? And such thick sarcasim over 'excitement' there was.

He kept staring off into the flames while smoking, a smile coming across his face as he listened to her. "Might be a terrible habbit, but it won't effect us like it would a human." he said bluntly. He poked at the fire with a stick while he spoke. "So the others didn't huh? Just decided to kill them?" He looked up at her through the fire as he took a drag from his cigarette. He was chain-smoking and he didn't know why. "Forgive me, you probably don't want to speak of it." He looked up at the night sky that was visable, it was a beautiful night, whats left of it anyway. He took another drag and threw the butt into the fire, fishing for another cigarette without even realising it.

Screw it.. it no longer mattered to her in the sense of this male opened up to her, so she'd return the favor. "Well, if you want ot know so badly..." She started, moving across toward him, just letting her bots step through the flames.. it didn't burn or anything... she was used to flames form...Cynder. Hands slowly slipping up to take the idle smoke from her pale lips, she flicked the ashes and exhaled the thick smoke in his face almost rudely. "His name... was Cynder." She started. "He was a Pyrocanetic... so he was quite the oddball. Always cracking jokes and being strange.. smoking and lighting things on fire." She inhaled after lifting the cig to her lips again. Golden eyes shifting away for a moment. "He and I bared two children... being only half vampire, I can still have kids; in which... I have three and don't wish for any more." Exhaling, her eyes lifted abck to the vampire. "together for a long time, we were happy and I thought the worst of my days were over... I lost my vampire love, Testament... I lost my master 'Alu... and I can't ever deal with the pain of the ex Bannin. All whom I killed." She sighed, first sign of sadness she'd expressed. "Anyways... I decided to come home early one night, and... there he was," She was zoning off as she spoke. Every word she said playing through her head so vividly. "Atop a small pale human with pale skin, curly blond hair... her skirt lifted and his pants drawn... I never..." He stopped and growled, letting her fists clench. "I never felt such betrayal... I bared the man's children and he cheated on me." Anger rose high. "I never murdered... I killed... but he was my first murder and is the reason I'm running now." finnished with her cig, she tossed it aside and looked up at him with her angered eyes. "Now.. you know."

He lit a cig while he sat there listening to her, watching her as she walked around. "I see.." he said when she finished. "..Sorry to hear about your troubled past, and forgive me for not really having much to say in response." He took a drag from his cig and his eyes fell back to the fire and he got lost in thought. "Aren't killing and murdering the same thing though? I don't quite see a difference, either way the person ends up dead..." He probably shouldn't have opened his mouth about that, but oh well. He pushed himself to his feet and walked to the nearest tree, leaning against it and looking at her. "I mean I've 'killed' before, only when I couldn't help myself and absolutely had to feed. I tend to try and resist those urges, because when the humans find a corpse they assume murder, and go to investigate." He sighed and took another drag from his cigarette. "Which is another reason why I never stay in one place too long."

"True.. being a killer and murderer are the same, but the crime is different. It's either passion or something that happens. Well... as I view it kid." She spoke lightly under her breathm watching as he manuevered about the fire and rested against another tree. "You can't sit still can you boy?" A brow perked, she actually let a chuckle escape her. Some sort of emotion that was pure as a laugh was rare. Well... it just went to show that she was starting to become comfortable with the odd man. "You're not so bad, Vesh. I could see myself being able to stand you." Finally she admitted something. However... she wouldn't want it to go to his head, so she'd still have a hint of mean to him.

He smirked a bit. Kid huh? He wasn't a kid, and she knew it... "It's not that I can't sit still....more-so the fact that I don't like being in one place for too long. I'm restless...that's all." He smiled hearing her say that he wasn't so bad. "You know, you're not so bad either....when you're not trying to kill me." He lit up another cigarette and looked in her direction.

This attention-shifting bafoon was getting on her nerves more and more. But... it wasn't something she'd completely explode on him for. Turning her attention to the forest.. it seemed kinda boring to just be lazing about here now. Now that she had someone to play with anyways... she should take advantage of this and head out for something to do... "Well, there's not much point in killing you... bluntly put, I don't think you'd put up much of a fight..." Her tone distant. Shifting up, she dusted off her skirt and glanced to him once more. "You feeling hungry? I'm in a mood for a hunt..." Throwing that out there, maybe he'd show some sign of being interested in doing something other then staring her down.
