Hello Framdira - nice idea for a thread.
I have a problem that would be nice if you can help; I have to pick a career path and can't, for the life of me, figure out what to choose. Before you ask, I like (and am good at) Chemistry, Physics, Geography and Maths... Any advice on what to do would be great and much appreciated.
Thankyou for posting OopsMcGee,
Choosing Career paths are hard, no matter what people say, the skills you possess right now like chemestry physics and geography all would point to a career in Chemistry, Geoligy, or maybe astronomy, but it's entirely up to you, I know this may not sound like good advice, but letting others decide for you will not make you feel any better about your choice, I mean,
Take for example this scenario,
A man is excellent at boat building, all his family and friends say he should go into boat building, but the man himself doesn't want to go into boat building, but at the urging of his family, he goes into it, and ends up unhappy and depressed,
Another man, is good a sewing, yet his father and some of his friends think it's improper for a man to go into the sewing industry, yet he ignores all others, and does what he loves, and eventually becomes a leading fashion designer,
keep these two stories in mind, what you want, and waht you get, are two different things, but they don't have to be,
