Does everyone have a little group they only rp with? I'm just curious, cause if you'll notice, my feien don't rp much. I'm afraid of walking in on someone's carefully planned rp and ruining it. Most of you do talk on AIM I know, I was just wondering.
Yes, I know, I don't talk much to anyone, only because most of you were friends before the feien. I feel a bit like the outsider and just wondering how to go about with my feien trying to rp with yours.

Besides knowing Puchi prior, I'm pretty much completely new myself (didn't lurk, just won a flatsale, ...me ish a random person!!!!). Although there are a lot of great people in feien so I've been able to make many friends fast smile I just jump into ongoing shop RPs (or try to start some up) whenever I can.
Normally, I try to do AIM RPs with the friends I got, but recent real life stress has made it hard to muster up energy to plot AIM stuff out sad Not impossible, though! 3nodding

I mostly RP on AIM because its faster, I don't have to wade through page after page to compile the posts, and I don't have to rely on Gaia behaving to finish a storyline.
I have a few people I RP with as frequently as time allows since they're close to me and my feien, but I try to socialize my three whenever possible. I really only knew Valora, Oni, and Youko when I first entered the feienverse, but I've made several friends since then.
Aside from sporadic shop visits, usually someone drops me a note on AIM, asks to arrange a playdate, and we set up the scene and go from there. *doesn't really go looking for RPs and bugging people on her list because she doesn't want to bother people*

I myself honestly don't mind being bugged to rp. Usually cause I generally have nothing to do at night.

Well, neither do I usually...I've just learned over the years not to speak till spoken to online as far as AIM goes, because there's little I hate more than finally working up the nerve to say hi and being told "I'm busy, go away"
You wanna set something up one of these times, feel free to drop by and say something. I don't bite, I swear. Usually when I start posting lots of solo RP's, that's an indication two-person RPs have run into a dry spell for me.

Due to my Net situation, my current preferred method for RPing is having someone else make a thread with a line of characters like "*********" or "%%%%%%%%" and the words "RIK GET IN HERE" and whoever it is among my characters the person wants to roleplay with. (Though regardless, you're probably going to end up with either Em, kancho, Max, Sally, Kabuto, or now Doug answering the door, but I'll try to keep poor Doug away from that duty.)
Not the best method, I know. XD But I am -always- available to rp.

Well, now that I no longer have a job, I'm pretty well available all the time. If I'm on AIM, I'm usually able to do SOMETHING. If I'm not up to it, I'll just say so. smile
Once I get a job again, that'll change, but for now, that's how it is.

I actually know how you feel, Rynn. Ava has had next to no feien contact since I got her, and I usually don't do RPs over AIM, strictly because I don't like RPing that way really. ><;
It seems that no one is at the shop when I am though, or when they are it never lasts for very long, so I rarely get to start/finish an RP. sweatdrop
Alas, my poor Ava will probably end up a hermit. *Nod.*

I sympathize. AIM doesn't work well on my home PC and I can't have it at all at work. I've tried posting "Pm me to rp" and how many hours I'd be on in the main shop thread but not to many folks are on and RP ok in the daytime. If you ever want to RP, Rynn, and I'm showing as being online, please PM me or if you have YIM, let me know you'd like to RP and we can set up a thread or RP in the shop. Averno has met so few Feien...
