Fruit Parfait
It's a very simple recipe. Take about 6 ounces of vanilla yogurt and pour it into a bowl or cup. Then take as much fruit as you want (or substitute it with about 3 ounces of fruit yogurt) and as much granola as you want, and mix it into the vanilla pudding. This is one of my favorite healthy snacks biggrin
