what program do you use to make your arts into flash animation? sweatdrop

In order to make a flash animation you need to have Macromedia Flash. Most of the time it's best to draw the picture you want to animate here too. But you could also make gif animations of course, then you can use pretty much any drawing program and a gif animation generator that you should be able to find for free.

Flash, like stated is your best choice, but if you want to make a simple, FBF [Frame by Frame] you can use Microsoft GIF animator, a free program intend to do so. 3nodding

I, personally use adobe imageready. If you do have it, here is a good tutorial 3nodding here
