Uwaah. I usually don't vent my emotions in public-ish places in fear that the wrong person will look at the post at the wrong time etc. But...yeah. Just because. x_x;
Hmm. This Valentine's Day should be interesting, to say the least. The reason why? It's the first time in six or seven years that I'm actually dating someone. ;D
Despite the complete awesomeness of this whole realtionship, a few cracks still need to be filled in. A few details must be given before these cracks can be identified:
1. It's a ninja'd relationship (meaning only a select few know). Trust me; this is ever so annoying, but it's better than the awkwardness before. <3
2. This ninja'd relationship is with one of my closest friends, who happens to be a girl.
Ehh. The gender thing used to confuse me. I guess it was just a period of time that I wasn't sure where to place the line between friendship and more than friendship, but after a while it was damn too easy to see that deep crack I'd jumped over.
There's not really any huge issues. I'm having one of the best times of my life, 'cept this week wasn't all that great because she was in NY while I was stuck boring my way through the school days. But next week should be great (I hope), and the only things I have to worry about are as listed:
1. Telling the parents. I don't really care...with my mum, at least. My dad is another issue. I just want to make sure it's the right time.
2. Telling everyone. I don't care anymore. Need to make sure it's alright with both parties though. (by "telling" everyone here, I actually mean just allowing them to perceive us as a couple...not literally telling them. xD; Sorry bad confusion. Dx; )
3. How long will it last? Right now, I hope as long as we have. That sounds mushy and urk, but eeh. I haven't felt like this in a long time, and this feeling is just to amazing to let slip pass. Plus, I'm damn sure that when I feel something, it's more than what most perceive it as.

Ach aih.
Telling people about relationships is difficult, but you don't want it to spread like a rumour. Trust me, that sucks when that happens. sweatdrop It is great that you have someone, though. ^_^' You just need to tell your friends, and if other people ask, tell them. If people don't ask, they don't need to know. Its as simple as that. It works charms to. How often do people walk up and go, "Are you dating someone?" xd

But the issue is that at school, we see each other a lot. We don't act coupleish until we're not at school.
If we did start to act like more than friends, people would know. I had no intention of going up to every person and telling them. XD;

If we did start to act like more than friends, people would know. I had no intention of going up to every person and telling them. XD; Then act like more then friends. If you're with her, you shouldn't be afriad. As long as you accept it, people shouldn't say s**t in school. But when there are teachers around, don't... I'm getting this from knowning quite a few homosexual people. They have to hide it in front of teachers most of the time, but either then that... they don't care who knows. And people accept it.

D< If they did that crap to me, I'd tell the school they were discriminatory and try to get them fired. ;DD
xD Yeaah. Seeing some of my teachers reaction would be OMFGah amusant. Like my Stats teacher. He can't even stand our homework being written by hand. xD;;
Lawl. And we're both trying to figure out how our group of Asian friends will react. XD;;

Maybe I'm just too progressive, but if you're in a relationship you should act as such. Who cares whether you're gay or straight or bi or open minded or whatever? Someday people are going to have to accept that there are same sex couples who are just as deeply in love with one another as opposite sex couples. As such, if you're in love then act like it and FTW, you know? They can't say d**k to you because it's discrimination and that's against the law, regardless of how old you are. I will say...you should tell your parents before you start acting like a couple in public. These things have a way of getting back to the parental units and if they find out from anyone but you...well...there might be trouble. But seriously...show your love for your sweetie and damn the social norm!

Yeaah, I've been slightly nerved on letting others know and then my parents magically figuring out and then I being stuck in one of those awful awkward situations. That feelings makes me veery urk-feeling.
But iunno. I just feel like I have to tell them at the right time so I don't screw something up. And I don't want my gf to feel nervous/on edge while around them more than she is already. x-x;
