Wrote this a long time ago about.. Someone. xd

She was sitting by her window, a picture of him in hand. A rare picture of him smiling, looking happy and with his eyes shining. Under the picture was a letter. The Letter. She crumpled it up and tossed it away, and threw the picture like a frisby away from her as well.

I love you.

I'll always love you.

Forever.

She bit her lip. It hurt a bit, her lip was already ragged from her biting on it like she did whenever she was nervous. Whenever she was upset. Her fingernails were ragged, all the paint scratched off. Her hair was pulled back like she did whenever she was too lazy to do anything with it.

She sighed. She had to stop thinking of him. She had to stop thinking of it all. He had made it clear.

We're over. For good this time.

Did he really mean it? He seemed so sure.

She hurt. How could it all be over so quickly? I mean, did he not care at all? How could she just.. Be tossed away like that, without a second glance? How could he not mourn the end of a once great relationship?

Her anger was surfacing. She took a deep breath.

I have to let him go. I have to let it go.

It's over. It's really over. And he wants nothing more to do with you. So just.. Let go.

I'll always be there for you.

He lied. They were all lies. So just.. Forget it, and let go.

With a hefty sigh, she hoisted herself up, gathered up a few things that reminded her of him, and threw them in the fireplace. As she watched them burn, a part of her tugged inside. It hurt. The last artifacts of their relationship. Gone. But it was for the best.

It was for the best.
