SoA-Smidgen is going to based off of the /real/ Smidgen, my kitten. :3 She's a lovable, hyper indoor cat who wishes she was outside. (I really don't feel like debating the whole indoor/outdoor thing... if you disagree with my raising her inside, please don't bug me about it. I personally find that letting her roam doesn't make up for the many dangers that are outside in my area. That's all I'm going to say on the matter, please respect my opinion and I will respect yours.) Now that that's over with... Smidgen's the cat I always wanted. In truth, I wanted an adorable little, dusty colored ragdoll purebred, but it seems that everything in my life comes in the form of a mutt. She's the product of a friend's cat sneaking out one night and comming back with a souvenior... or three. ;] Unfortunatley, she was the second litter in a row for her Mama. You see, the gorgeous calico was nursing when she got pregnant with Smidgers, which caused a slightly unhealthy and small litter. Smidge is actually the healthiest of the three, and has no signs of any problems. Her two brothers, however, aren't so lucky. One was born blind in both eyes and the other is quite the runt. Unfortunately, her mother was hit by a car two weeks back from writing this up (4/22). :/
