A restaurant that is owned and operated by Fina Wong. It hires firebenders as chefs and not only do these employees use their bending to cook the food, they do so in public to entertain the customers. It has been wildly successful (partly due to the spectacle and partly due to the flirtatious hostess) and Fina's few employees are enjoying themselves while gaining skill and recognition for their bending.

It is in a medium sized one story building in the merchant's quarter of the Fire nation capital. Elegant in design, it attracts quite a lot of attention from the street.

Inside tables surround a central grill where Firebenders use their arts to cook the food ordered by customers. Along with simple cooking, the chefs will occasionally do tricks and the whole process in very entertaining. There is also a bar in one corner where the hostess herself tends to a different set of customers.
