This is for all those people who freak out when tests are coming.

I have the problem right now. In my state, we have tests that you have to pass to go on to the next grade (Here it's called the FCAT)

Tommorow I have the writing test, and I am really worried about passing. I barely passed the last one, so I am wishing for the best.

Anyone else have any worries?

I also start stressing when I have tests. The things that worry me are usually on the lines of "Did I study enough?" or 'Did I study the right things?", things to that extent. I am a pretty relaxed person when it comes to everything else, but when it comes to academics I tend to worry myself sick.
Anyways good luck on your test 3nodding .

I'm in college; I don't have tests like that anymore.

But I did have two tests this morning. I didn't know about either of them in advance (I would've if I cared, but I don't).

Both math. Pretty sure I aced them, too.

First of all, good luck with your test!

I don't really stress about tests. Generally, the people who usually get really good grades are stressed because they have high expectations, and the people who usually get lower grades tend to be stressed because they're worried about failing. I don't really fall into either category.

Whenever there were tests at school, many of my classmates asked me if I was stressed, and most of them were surprised to hear that I wasn't. If my classmates look really stressed, sometimes I played along with them so as not to make them feel worse though.

I don't usually stress out about tests. I have a test to renew my Lifeguarding certificate tommorow, and I'm a little nervous about that, but I think I'll do alright.

The only tests I stress about are the ones that have oral reports or any tests in orchestra--I do not like speaking in front of my class mates and I completely freeze when I must play my cello by myself, even if it's the simplest scale. We just had the California High School Exit Examination at my school last week and I felt fine. Weird as it sounds, I actually like tests; they're the only reason I'm not failing any real casses(P.E. doesn't count).

If I get nervous before testing, I fail. If I go in with a full stomach and a smile on my face, I become confident in myself and pass with flying colors.

The information is there, it's just hidden behind fear and anxiety.

I suggest relaxing yourself, chewing gum and taking your time.

I normally blank when it comes to test but lately I have started to bite my nails and pull my hair off.

I have yet to freak out on the FCAT. Personally I think that test is stupid, and I want to know why Floridians have to do it.

Good luck! What does FCAT stand for? (The CAT, anyway)

I don't really freak out, but I get a bit nervous. I find that being optimistic on math tests gets me a failing grade.

I have the Algebra SAT this year...and I'm worried sick about this one. I must pass...

Hard to believe, but I don't really stress over tests actually. It's a little strange. This year, it was only after I did my mid-years that I realized that they were provinical exams. Oops.

On peut dire que je suis vraiment desinvolte. ^^;;

Whether they'd admit to it or not, tests are a bit of a stress factor for everyone.

I typically stress more over homework and assignments, though.

Not usually, no. I'm sure when I get back into college and am faced with academia again it'll be a whole different story.

I had my recertification for CPR and AED usage a few weeks ago, and had to be honest with my boss (who was giving the test). I told him I was quite glad I was the only one doing it at the time, because I knew I'd look pretty silly trying to resuscitate a practice dummy.

Believe it or not, he understood.

I'm weird about tests. I never study, never stress, and I usually get an A. I'm just laid-back, though. I also knew half of the stuff they're teaching me previously, anyway, so if I don't know something, I just make an educated guess (or, if this fails, close my eyes and wave my pencil around). The strange thing is that it works for me.
