Not all of it though. Some of them, such as the "Special Copic Marker" one, is simply there to advertise how greeeat Copic is. There are tutorials, but many of them require further purchase of more Copic products.

"Getting Started" is actually pretty good for people trying to learn how to make manga traditionally, with actual screentones and pens and whatnot. For the rest of us "digital artists," it's pretty useless. "Occult and Horror" may give some interesting techniques to show how to draw something scary, but for the most part you probably could figure out how something is done by yourself.
