draven_heart I used to go a few years back, it was during the weekend. Learned to write a few things, speak the language and also learn chinese dances ex: fan dance, because most of the people that attended were girls... Same, I was very much a rebellilous child, ninja , but i really home to learn more chinese characters and how to speak mandarin in the near by future. mrgreen 3nodding

It's required for us. 40 minutes everyday from Monday to Friday. Except Wednesdays.. We have 80 minutes of it.. gonk

My Chinese School's huge. There's about 400 students in it. I go every Sunday for 3 hours. The first 2 hours is language and the last hour is culture. You can take dance, chinese yoyo, chinese dragon dance, chess, etc for the last class.

I used to go to Chinese School, it rocked. My parents didn't take me often, then they tell their friends WE wanted to drop out.... scream
I actually liked it there, not for the learning though, I hardly learnt anything... It was nice being in a chinese crowd.

It is kinda embarrasing to be in a little kid's class, but a lot of the time, you can be the top of it because they're all snotty little brats. I was pretty old in my class, until these new kids came. An older kid, and then two sisters, who were all in high school. We were in like, Year 3 of chinese school I think.

I used to go to Chinese School every Sunday. From 3-5. I was at least 2 years older than the rest of the kids domokun I quit after 3-4 years. 3nodding
