This is a graphics that I'm working on. However, I feel like I need something more. You know, like how there are sites with beautiful rainbows and just complex graphics? What can I do to make this better? This is going to be the background layout for a frames site.

Your name in cursive where the eye is, maybe in pink or green.

Did you try Celestial Star?

And I would stick to blue's seeing that you have a blue background so far. And keep to the pattern that you have. Maybe paste that background you have and set it to overlay. Maybe. Thats if you want a banner.
