For manga there is: Only The Ring Finger Knows, Yellow, Passion, Desire, and Eerie Queerie. They're all 'bout gay boys.
The Adolescence of Utena movie and Revolutionary Girl Utena manga are shoujo-ai. They only really kiss once, maybe twice, in the manga, and in the movie there isn't sex but they kiss and are nude and all that.
There is a lesbian TV show they used to show on the BBC called Tipping the Velvet and it's a book.
I love Queer as Folk and The L Word. Anyone know when The L Word is starting again?
I saw But I'm A Cheerleader a few weeks ago too. It's definitly on my favorites list as well.

Brokeback Mountain (Gay cowboys!) Saving Face (Lesbian, Asian-American) The Wedding Banquet (Gay) Rent (Gay, Lesbian) Ma Vie en Rose (French, Transgender)
I'm not sure all of these are accurate, as I haven't seen them all yet.
There was also some other European film about a dancer, but I forgot its title and i've never seen it.
And, uhm, these are all movies.
