I LOVE DRAGONFORCE! It hurts to ask this question, but I want to know which guitarist people like better. Also please tell me why you think so.

I actually don't know. Whilst both Herman and Sam are technically skilled to a large extent, I think Herman is a bit better. This leads to one of the main reasons why I like Sam. I have a similar problem in my band, for both my and our other guitarist are both skilled and both take solos, He is much better at pulling off technical solos, whilst mine or more melodic.

However, the reason I don't like Sam is because when I went to see DragonForce in December, Sam started taking the piss out of bands like My Chemical Romance and Bullet For My Valentine, which I didn't appreciate. xd

Herman Li is my idol! I think he's a bit better since he can go through longer solos and you might be able to see that if you watch the video for through the fire and flames in the guitar battle his solos look a lot faster, tougher, and longer.
