((I am aware of the fact that I havent been active in RP for some time now, and that is due to a number of reasons, mainly a lack of computer time, and a lack of motivation to do anything. I am also very behind in schoolwork. To fill in for Matakas dissapearence, I am going to say she has been ill.)
The wild dog had seen better days. She was not young like she once was, though she had not aged greatly. What was so alarming about her presence, was her unusual behaivour. Walking through the lands she kept her head down, blue eyes misty. The illness had taken an obvious toll on her body, ribs jutted out of her frame, and the skin was pulled taught over her bones. It appeared to be a challenge for her to walk, and her usual loud chattering was replaced by a low mumble to her son, who walked alongside with her.
"Are you alright, mother?" The young male had spent most of his time by her side, his poor hunting skills meant she atleast retained a little of her frail figure. He was compassionate, and active like she once was, but the weeks of pain for his mother had turned him into a protective, almost nervous wreck of a male. He walked slowly, to aid her steps, she slumped against his side. Falling to the floor, his mother stretched out. The little exercise had worn her out. Quietly, Mtanizi approached her, nuzzling her neck fondly. "Shall I call father?"

He knew his mother had been ill recently but he was a positive soul and was inclined not to think badly of it.
With great illness came great health and he had news to tell her!
He bounced happily on his paws, following the scent of his mother along the ground. His nose twitched as his brother's scent invaded the area and with a low bark he took off, chasing them until they appeared before him.
"Mother! Mother! Mtanizi!" His voice pierced the quiet of the day. "There you are!" He caught up and moved to lower his face, nuzzling happily at his mother's nose. "You're feeling better?"

It was not long until the scent of another of her children filled her nose and the weary alpha attempted to stand, swaying a little but nevertheless pulling fowards to greet her son.
A wide smile was enough to let a little light until her dull eyes, and she turned to Mtanizi for a moment. "No, It will be fine." Her change of personality was almost depressing in itself, but Mataka had faith in the fact that she should return to normal soon, once she regained her strength. Mtanizi smiled widely at his brother, he hadn't seen much of his siblings lately. "Hey, brother!"
"Son, My how you have grown!" She couldn't help but think that she missed out on her pups growth. Whilst being ill and away, she'd noticed their growth spurts everytimed she returned, even more so now. It almost made her feel old!
"I am fine, and how are you?" Her tail wagged happily, beating against her thin hinglegs.

"I am good! Very good!" Uzushi made as if to pounce his brother, nipping at the air by his ears. "I have some news mother!" His tail wagged frantically and his whole body screamedwithjoy. The little seer had always been full of cheer, even when his sister had attacked him, but now he was simply quivering!
"I...Igotmyselfagirlfriend!" The words came out in such a rush, but he didn't seem to notice. He wanted to share this information with the whole world!
How Bini and he were perfect, how they played in the water and tried to catch fish. Life seemed just about perfect right now.

Twawa had heard noise, too much noise. She let out a snarl and got up, oh how she hated being this fat, why did she get herself pregnant again? Oh yes. The pack. She chuckled to herself a little and went to see what all the noise was.
It couldn't get much worse.
Her mother and two of her brothers. She sat down and watched them feeling annoyed that she had gotten up because of them. Stupid brothers. Well she had to make sure her mother approved of her being the heir, not that it mattered, her father had already said she was.
"Mother... what a surprise." She tried to smile sweetly but shot a glare in uzushi's direction. He wasn't going to spoil her suck up time.
