well to start off you should kno i'm in marching band...
and it's sad cuz last year the show theme was phanthom of the opera,
and I sooooo would've killed to have done that show,
oh... if only I would've been born a year earlier.
OK I'm being overdramatic now.
Anybody have any themes
or shows your school did about the phantom of the opera?
i wanna kno. tell me

I was able to convince people that our field show this year was POTO in disguise, instead of "Hits of the 80's"
Thriller- POTO's a thriller
Tainted Love- "Once I ran to you, now I run from you." Christine's relationship with Erik.
Celebrate- Now it gets a bit stretched, but the Masked ball.
Walk This Way- any situation in which Erik takes Christine to his lair,
And Mr. Roboto- "I am the modern man, who hides behind a mask, so no one else can see, my true identity." Nuff said.

My old highschool did a production of "Phantom of the Op'ry" my freshman year. Country version of the book. Was very funny.

Utakan My old highschool did a production of "Phantom of the Op'ry" my freshman year. Country version of the book. Was very funny. when i was in junior high, the advanced acting class (which i was sadly not part of at the time) put on "Phantom of the Op'ry" and i went to watch. it was my first acutal phantom experience, and from that i sort of understood the plot of the story, so when i saw the movie, i was somewhat familiar with it. i would have died to have been in that play, though.

Jasper's marching band did a Phantom-themed show.
AUGH, I get sick even THINKING about it!
THEY PUT REALLY ECSTATIC DRUMLINE STUFF IN THE MIDDLE OF MOTN!!!
I mean, COME ON! MotN is supposed to be slow and seductive, not fast and MB-ish!
They got ninth place at state, and we got fifth. 3nodding

Next year, I'll get some of my phriends to convert to Phanism and bug Mr. Hartmetz until he lets us do POTO in band. (Muahaha. It's a evil plan, but bound to work...)
