Um...Malificent wins on structure/basics and for the fact that his had the feel of a more standard battle verse that someone would actually spit.
Jceaz had superior punchlines, no one can ignore that, but I feel that some aspects of that might not be comprehended should he actually recite it, as opposed to having it read. There's also the fact that he was simply making each bar's second line into a punchline, abandoning flow.
I'd honestly give it to Chaos for the fact that his disses were more direct and seemed more like disses. Jceaz did insult him, but did it with much less severity. He may have won for creativity, but no the battle itself.

Well...that means I beat Jceaz again, 2-0 record against him...that'll probably make him leave again.
