All new members will be evaluated after 10 posts or 20 days, whichever comes fist. If a member is rated poorly, they will be shown the door. If they rate highly, they will be passed. I leave this job to myself and my Co-Captians.
So in other words, you sure as heck better have something meaningful to say or at least make sentences, and prove your worth something.

Could you try to specify exactly what should and shouldn't be done?I'm still in the trial phase and I need to know the boundries as not to cross them.

I'll put some guidelines down soon. We've been such a close-knit community for so long, I didn't see the need.
