It sounds like it should be a contraction of "you" and "will". An alternate form of "you'll."

I think it makes sense but shan't be used in literature. For the understanding of those who'll get you'll and ya'll mixed.

It's an okie version of you all. I would never use that word in a sentence of mine. (aside from one in this post of course)
And yes, it is y'all, not ya'll. Just read the above post to understand that better, for it was a simple and thorough explanation.
