(commish info)
regarding IRL (in real life) commishs....
This information is here so you know if you would like to pursue a commisson through another website (DA or mine) It is urely informative. This is not a price list.
Kip is opening up spots for IRL commishions(sp great). This means you pay with real money, not gaia gold (those will be handled in the next post) Please be 18 or over to order.
Serious orders ONLY. I cannot stress that enough. I am a freelance artist, this is not just a hobby. If you are unsure if you want to order and would like to talk to me, please do. ^_^
i am willing to draw most things, and if you are concerned you may always send me an e-mail, the worst thing i'm gonna say is 'no' right?
i do have a few things i will not draw, and might add onto the list at my own discression.
i will NOT draw:1.
graphic/crass porn. its not something i particularly want to do. this is usually pictures involving a lot of fluid and pain. if you are interested in something intament *sp* thats another story...
2.
child porn. no. don't ask. this is usually my one and only rule.
3. oh i know i'm forgetting something XP... *fears*
i WILL draw:1. usually anything thats not on the 'not' list. things i reccoment might be character portrates, a full body shot so you can get other pictures done of your character by other artists. props and weapons, though please know machines are not my forte. and as always i do love designing monsters ^___^
Kip does not know a lot of ordering/furrie/internet slang. She may have to ask you what you mean if you use it. Please don't be offended. i want to make sure you get what you want. Try to not assume to much on my part. I am not a mindreader.

*Furries/Anthros of any species, please have an idea of how much you want human and beast.
* Animals and fantasy beasts (foxes, unicorns, dragons, etc...)
*Fantasy characters, including (but not limited to) elves, mermaids, centaurs, satyrs, faeries, vampires, etc... pretty much if you think it, it can be done ^_^
*Any rating from G to R. (NC-17... please inquire. thouse of legal age only.)
* Straight, gay, lesbian, hermaphodite, or multiple partner pairings ^_^
*Fan art (reference materials required.)
this is not my most favorite thing to do XPPencils/sketches:
i will go through a price quote with whatever is ordered. i am charging what i would charge if you stopped me at a convention and asked for a sketch. more detailed/rendered pieces, as well as multipul characters/crazy elaborate actions will probably raise the price. Fully designing you a character might cost a bit more (but i think its quite worth it ^__^) These may include stray lines/ sketch lines. I try to work very clean but if this is a problem, let me know.

I work in either mixed medium (watercolor, acrylics, color pencil) or digital (photoshop). if you need a piece in another medium then what is listed (oils, charcoal, cookie dough), i will try my best to accomidate you. Photoshop is my prefered coloring choice.

Sculpture:
yes, i have started sculpting. my medium of choice is sculpy primo and wire. i take a lot of care and pride in my sculpting. there is no such thing as a rush job on it. expect it to take over a month. please reemeber i did not go to school specifically for sculpture, so i am not as fast as i am in drawing. i also take over a day for painting. please trust me when i say i feel it is very much worth the wait.
please remember things are made to your specifications. ^_^ examples soon.
Table-top minis (pewter figures):
i have recently tried my hand at painting RP minis. i put lots of care into them, and will mix media if requested (ie. feathers) i need at least 24 hours to finish a mini. i recomend ordering several at a time ^_^ bases will be painted black unless something different is requested. If you are really into these and have other requests i'm open to suggestions. if you are doing an army, please inquire on bulk prices ^_^

*i do
not have an oversized scanner, so pieces tend to be 9x12 at largest. inquire for larger pieces.
*shipping is NOT factored into price quotes, unless listed as such. shipping on average is 6$. if you are just wanting a scan of the piece, you don't have to pay S&H ^_^
*Paypal is accepted, contact me if you need another form of payment.
*Original characters are copyright their original owners. You are paying for my artistic services, not the right to any copyrighted material.
*I, the artist, reserve the right to use any commisioned piece to promote myself, including online auctions and gallery samples.
*client (purchaser) has the right to display the image online/make personal prints of the image. however they may NOT take credit for the image, and they many NOT sell the image, hole or in part. (may not sell prints, charge to veiw, etc.) if client wishes to do so, contact me. no exceptions.
*any R or NC-17 rated pictures may only be purchased by adults 18 years of age or older. by purchacing one of these you are saying that you (the client)are, and exempt the artist from legal action.
*unless specified, commisions are for personal use ONLY. Commercial (book covers, pay sites, gaia 'pet stores/mini shops', etc.) work is a compleatly seperate thing and i MUST know that is what your piece is for. It falls under different rules and pricing.
*I, the artist, reserve the right to sell prints of your commision at my discresstion (ie comic conventions/tradeshows/promotional material/etc.) you will be givin character copyright credit if the character is yours. please inform me if this is a problem. (this goes into factoring of cost)
*Prices subject to change at any time (you will only be charged what you are quoted if prices increase. This is only valid if you have been price quoted and the piece is being worked on. Not if you have been quoted then chose to get the piece done months after the quoting.)
*If you need to cancel or postpone an order, contact me ASAP. I will try to work with you the best i can, i am very understanding. Depending how far along your piece is, you will need to pay a 'kill' fee. This is 50% of the cost of the finished art. This is paying for my time.
*commision is not granted to the client until full payment is recived.
*I reserve the right to refuse a commision for any reason. period.
*note* if you are getting something small done, the price of course will be lower. these are just base prices to give you an idea. ^_^

Gaia gold/item commisions
Q. what id the difference between this and a IRL commision?
A. you don't get the original. and you might see a quality change. if i am spending more of my time working a second job, i will have less time for these. these are usually done much faster as well, and with less client imput (meaning i don't draw you roughs and let you pick the one you like.) but i work hard on these as well ^_^

please be aware colored illustrations will cost quite a bit of gold to make it worth my time. its just a sad fact i'm not made of it. this is also factored into the detail in the background of a painting and whatnots...
I am not always open to do Gaia gold commisions.
Gaia is a hobby, so RL comes first.
