Rofl, i was about to click it becuz' i thought you meant the weather.

But anyways, if it was Toph v.s. Bankotsu,
i have feeling it Bankotsu would win by the slightest.
Toph's earth bending powers might overpower Bankotsu's Banryu from time to time, but i because she is still too young, to fight hand-to-hand Bankotsu will easily win.
It also depends on the location because if they fight in Feudal Era, of course Toph will have the adventure of her earth bending will.
But like i said before, due to Bankotsu's knowledge of battle, he will win.

...Bankotsu. Nobody can beat him, with the exception of Sesshoumaru (maybe). Inuyasha couldn't even take him, as he would be dead without the aid of his Backlash Wave. Bankotsu lost only because he became too greedy and made his halberd demonic...
