I'm going to ask the questions again to make sure that I'm doing this right...
Can the human see thr fear?
Can others see the fear?
When the fear reaches terror can it still go to the human world?
When a fear takes over a stuffed animal can it use it for a long time?

I really dont care too much if the humans can see the fear. Though if they do, it would just be a bit of mist or something. And if it posseses something, they can see that very clearly.
NO ONE can see the Nightmare but it's owner. If something is being possesed, and someone else is in the room, the other person doesnt see the possessed item move. They would just think the person was crazy if they were screaming about something moving and talking.
And yes, a stuffed animal isn't alive, so it'd be able to posses it for hours at a time.
