Hello and Welcome everyone to the Arts & Literature Forum.
This forum is to be used for showcasing your work, whether it be textual or visual. It is also for the discussion of literature, e.g. poetry, books, and art, e.g. particular artists.
This forum will be watched carefully and if anyone uses it as a place for simply spamming or flaming/trolling you will be immediately 'captured' by the Crew, we do not have any tolerance of flaming.
Constructive Critiscism is good. Its a good way for people to improve their work, if they ask for CC then give it if you can.
Its also nice to know that your still around so if its possible keep your 'studio' as it were, up to date. It is not necessary, but its nice to see people are keeping their threads updated.
As usual there are a few rules for this sub-forum, please abide by them.
1/ Follow all ToS, Guild and sub-forum rules, we do not tolerate the breaking of these rules. If you break the ToS you shall be reported, if you break the guild rules there is likelihood of banning.
2/ Please refrain from giving someone all bad points about their work, its nice to have some good points in there as well.
3/ Do not flame, this will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
4/ If someone has broken one of these rules please don't take it upon yourself to tell them so, unless your a Moderator/Crew, PM a member of staff and they will take care of it.
5/ When your 'studio' is closed put a C in the title. Make it clear when you do not want other posters, if they do post and you have made it clear not to ask a Crew member to delete the post if you wish.
6/ When discussing please keep on topic as much as possible, and don't turn it into a full blown argument, there is a fine line between arguing and discussing, its small but it is there.
7/ Not everyone is an amazing writer or artist, so don't be nasty about someone's work if it isn't a msterpiece.
8/ Never steal someone else's work and claim it as your own, it is wrong. It's also against the ToS, if you want to show someone's work somewhere else, giving them credence for it of course, then PM them and ask for permission, do not do so without permission. If you do you will be reported, without hesitation.
9/ And of course, most importantly, enjoy yourselves.
10/ No compititions here, keep them to the Games forum.
Just ten simple rules for you to follow. If a new rule is added a * will be placed in the title for a week or more, please check up everything here as often as possible, as things shall change.
