GMS places the ladder in the bottom left turnbuckle and turns around to see Shawn with a first aid bag.

Shane slides in the ring with the first aid bag, he looks at GMS then he takes out a piece of paper with some flue on it ( sleep medicin ) then he throws the first aid kit on GMS and runs with the peice of paper with the sleeping medicin and tries to shove the peice of paper in his face.
