After the distant chimes of one o'clock sounded, Arianna blanked her mind and focused on sleep. She probably should get at least 4 hours. Arianna rose from her recumbent position and put on her neat pleated skirt, impossibly white blouse, and favorite black gloves. She frowned. 5 am. they didnt let you leave the dormitory wing until 5:30. She removed a heavy black book from the built-in bookshelf and read by the light of a candle. Was the school ever going to install electrical lighting in the bedrooms?

Looking around, Hana wondered how she was going to get the second part of her plan into the room...There was a window...and it wasn't too far from the ground, either...Grinning, Hana hopped out the window, an empty pillowcase slung around her shoulder. Save for one item in it.
A trowel.
She went to the softest dirt outside, and began to dig, putting it into her pillowcase. There would need to be much more for her to be able to finish, but this was a start. Once the pillowcase was full, Hana began to lug it back to her room. The bag wasn't too heavy, to Hana's well toned arms and back. She carried it inside of her room, and poured the dirt out, then smoothing it out like to cover the floor like the outdoors.
There were plenty more bagfuls of dirt before the room would be filled though...

Over and over, Hana continued to throw dirt over the floor in her room, it starting to look more and more like the outdoors. After the fiftieth or so bag of dirt, the room was carpeted in the brown earth.
Hana smiled to herself at the scene, it was beginning to feel more like home to her. Next would be plants, flowers on one side, shrubbery in another one. No trees of course, their roots were too deep, and their bodies too tall. Without them, the outdoors would be a little incomplete, but it didn't matter. It was closer to home than when she was actually at 'home'.

Isabella (Bella) McMilian walked through the marble school gracefully as she looked around, shifting her gaze with her celery eyes from the carved walls to the intimidating statues. She brushed away her long golden brown bangs from her eyes and put her suitcase down. She was tired of it all. She remembered her old school with great sorrow, and her friends that quitted on her a long time ago. Her parents had abandoned her here ,at SAA, for as they said it was their last hope of having a sane child. "Its not as if I wasnt the only one insane in the family mother" she mutterered to herself. How did she come to this? It was all such a daze to begin with. She was the Ice Beauty, the one who was cold to everyone never showing her feelings, only a bit of compasion but roared with her fierce look on all the boys that passed her by. Still, no one ever imagined that she, the epitome of Shyness and humility, was to fall in love. Worse of it all, with him. She shook those feelings off as she always did and finally snapping out of her trance she picked up her coal black suitcase and started to walk off her golden brown hair blazing behind. As she always did, looking up front to what was coming ahead.
