Yup, there was a bomb threat at school today. We had to evacuate the classrooms so the police can sweep the school, and it had to be at the time where I forgot my sweater in my locker. s**t. So, it was coooold, missed lunch, got my cellphone taken away, but I got to cuddle w/ my crushie. <333333333
Oh well, today was alright...
and I got my contacts!

The one time we had a bomb threat at our school, it was somebody's electronic metronome.
Four hours of doing nothing but waiting.
I mean, WTF, when was the last time you heard a bomb ******** tick, anyway?!
We call it "The Horrific Metronome event of 2004."

I used to get bomb threats all the time, through middle school and into junior high a bit. We grew very accustom to standing ouside. Once in Junior high someone actually start a fire by throwing a lit cigarette into the trash can. For some odd reason bomb threats and the like occured in the girl's bathroom 95% of the time. Not kidding. There was ONE bomb threat in the boy's bathroom. ONE, but otherwise, that was it. All the girls got very bads reps...

We had a Shelter-In-Place last week because the plant nearby released some gas. At first we thought it was a drill, but then we had to go to a different room because we were in the Band Hall, which has doors outside. It lasted 20 minutes or so, but it was still cool.

My school never had a bomb threat.
Because all the people knew that they LOVED our town. And to blow up a part of it means automatic slaughter from your mother. 3nodding

My brother experienced a bomb threat at his school on the anniversary of 9/11. ._.; They were out there for about three hours or so. Twas funny to hear.

Once, somebody set our elementary girls' bthroom on fire.
Then they came into all the classrooms and accused the girls.
Because the school was too shitbrained to put locks on the doors, we rarely went in there. We yelled at the principal, and even our teacher vouched for us.
They also tried to make the girls tuck their shirts in. Didn't go over well. DD:

Last year, we had something we thought was a fire drill, only it actually wasn't. Apparently, we all thought it was an actual fire, but instead it was people upgrading the smoke alarms. So we were all standing out there, confused, and then we were ushered back inside. THe only good thing was that we got out of math.
