Okay. I don't WANT Twilight to become a movie. Not only because I am incredibly picky, and would spend the entire time obsessing about the details that get left out, but because no human actor could honestly be Edward. I'm sorry, but that's just the way it is. It's mostly because I highly doubt there's an actor that looks even a little bit like Edward. Plus, I don't think they'd do the eyes right.

oh, you have a really good point. I would like to see it made into a film (only beacuse i do like to pick out the left out details with friends) but no one could match his perfectness. IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!!! but about the eyes, they could do it. I mean look at how they did Riddick's eyes and tell me that Edward's aren't possible.

I agree they would ruin the book by makeing a movie. Though i would still go see it even if they maim the story just because its Twilight.

I just hope it is close enough and Ill be happy.

My friend found a movie by the title of her favorite book, and it was either completely different or they totally screwed it up, because she said it wasnt even about the same thing.

So, Ill be happy if its just pretty close, although no one will hear the end of little details I find fascinating. xD

I read this book eairler in the year called Blood and Chocolate. They made a movie of it in winter. it was COMPLETELY diffrent from the book!! the only thing that was the same was the title and the characters names!!

i dont think you're too picky. i mean, everyone's right, edward is just TOO perfect, nobody could even come close to his perfectness. it would be nice thought if it was a movie actually followed the storyline unlike eragon. eragon was just plain horrible. the only thing about right were the settings, characters, etc. not everything was right. oh well, not everything's perfect.

As much as I know the movie wouldn't be perfect to the book I would go see it becuase I'm just that kind of person. Though if it is as bad as Eragon I can not be held responsible for the people anywhere near me.
I don't think I want it to be a movie though becuase it would hurt my memory of the book. I like reading better than movies becuase anything is possible in imagination and characters can be as perfect as they are described to be.
Basically, I would see the movie if it was made, but I don't think I could enjoy it. At least not the first time through. I would spend the whole movie picking it apart until my sister knocked me out from frustration; though i'm sure if I watched a second time through it wouldn't be so bad becuase I would know what to expect.
