I always enjoy reading Patricia Wrede's Dealing with Dragons Series. Or now it is called "The Enchanted Forest Chronicles". It is really a fun, fractured fairy tale series. Interestingly enough it is usually sold in the "Older teen" section of the book stores! Along with Anne McCaffrey's Dragonsong series. Strange. They really weren't written for children, but I read them the first time at 15, so I guess you can classify them that way! Although they were in the adult section then! Go figure!

Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice and Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland are really good.

Did anyone else ever read the original book of Forsyte Saga? It is an incredible piece of work. Very moving.
