Your linework and your values are done very well. The only thing I can really see right now is I think the ear needs more detail.

I quite like how the hair is looking so far. The waves look gooood. :3
Something is kinda bothering me about his hand... maybe shading the fingers a bit darker would help. Not sure.
The way the nose is now looks like it's a lot pointer and longer than I assume it actually is. I think the placement of the left (our left) nostril looks too far down... and the shading (or lack thereof) makes me think the nose is a lot bigger than it actually is.
Other than that, looking great so far. ^_^

(A nose job, perhaps?) And I looked at some other pictures of him, and from the front it looks like a genuine Asian nose, but, from the side, it's actually quite pointy. And I agree about the fingers, in the picture they were practically black.
