Just wondering if anyone in the guild is going to Anime Expo dressed as Jrock people. I know that I saw a really good one last year, someone dressed as Mana from Malice Mizer/ Moi dix Mois. I'd post the picture, but I don't want to put it on a public site without the person's permission.

Anyone cosplaying this year, or last year, or even next year, please post some pictures! Even if it's not done, you can post your progress.

Reason for this? Just currious, and also looking for possible referance. I'm thinking of doing a Jrock cosplay next year along with some other costume I haven't finished in time for AX, so any help is appreciated. XD;

As for me? I'm not doing any Jrock themed stuff, unless somehow Yuna and Yomiko suddenly turned into Jrockers.... O.o; (Final Fantasy Ten and Read or Die)

Anime Expo is held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Southern California, this weekend. ^^ Normally done every year around this time.

Yeah, I live in the middle of the country, so I can't go to AX... but I'm trying to save up money for Otakon by selling Kyo Sohma bracelets! xD And even then, I won't be cosplaying a J-Rocker, per se... but I will be cosplaying Shuichi from Gravitation (yay for animated j-pop/rock stars! xD) in the puppy suit! <3

Oo, I hope you can make it! I'd buy a Kyo bracelet, but I already have one I made m'self (with cat's eye beads because I'm a dork like that. xd ) And even if I can't finish Nao, I'll still be cosplaying Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist. Along with like, 50 million other people, I'm sure. sweatdrop But that's what I'm working on now, anyway. whee
