Furmi is responsible for figuring out the Hiroshima's bomb's explosion magnatude before the bomb was ever sent to be used. He used a bag of sand and dropped it on the ground to simulate the explosion and calculated a ratio magnatude with data compiled from what was known from this bomb that has never been used before. Granted it was only an estimation, but it was almost dead on.
So virtually all huge "guesstimations" are considered Furmi Problems
